Sergio Baluci is in charge of the administrative management of the Messina office and in particular of the planning, management and reporting of research projects in the European, Italian and regional contexts. To this end, he coordinates all administrative procedures necessary for the execution and management of projects, namely
- revenue management
- preparation of management plans, preliminary and final budgets;
- reporting and auditing;
- preparation of purchases;
- preparation of selection procedures for personnel;
- management of missions;
- management of computer protocol.
